What is the meaning of the Promoscore?

While a promotion may seem like a great deal, it's important to look beyond the initial price tag and consider the long-term benefits and drawbacks.

To help figure out what is the best price we added a rating methodology called the Promoscore®.

Each letter represents is calculated with rating the price level and frequency. To make this happen we use our historical database of prices that we ponderate with the inflation and seasonality of a product.

A

This score applies to promotions that are cheaper than usual and not very common. This means the price is lower than what you would normally expect to see, and it doesn't happen very often.

B

This score applies to promotions that are cheaper than usual and not very common. This means the price is lower than what you would normally expect to see, and it doesn't happen very often.

C

This score applies to promotions that have an average price and are not very common. This means the price is about what you would normally expect to see, and it doesn't happen very often.

D

This score applies to promotions that have an average price and are quite common. This means the price is about what you would normally expect to see, and it happens fairly frequently.

E

This score applies to promotions that are more expensive than usual. This means the price is higher than what you would normally expect to see.
